What is the difference between ACH and Wire account information?

ACH- this information comes from the numbers on your check. It will be the routing number for the

bank and your account number.

Wire- this information comes directly from your bank. It is not normally the same routing number as

your ACH. You must call your bank to request their wiring instructions.

How do I make my monthly interest payment?

When you close your loan, you will be sent a form giving permission for us to pull your payment

automatically each month. We will draft this from the account you provided for us. If you need to give

permission outside of this, please email the Finance Manager ([email protected]).

Will I get a monthly statement sent to me?

You will receive a statement via email 3-5 days prior to the 1 st of the upcoming month. All payments

are due on the 1 st of each month.

What day of the month will my payment be drafted?

Payments will be drafted on the 1 st of each month. All payments are due by the 5 th of each month to

avoid late fees being added.

How much is the late fee if my payment is made after the 5 th of the month?

If your payment is made after the 5 th of each month, the late fee added is 5% of your monthly interest

payment.

When should I expect my draw money to be wired?

Your draw money will be wired to you within 24 hours of your draw being approved by the draw

processor.

Who do I need to contact about my monthly payment?

Any questions you may have about your monthly payment need to be addressed to our Finance

What if I am not finished with the project by the end of the 9th month?

If you are not finished with your project at the end of your 9 th month, you need to contact our Office

Manager, Ashley Bounds ([email protected]) and request a ONE TIME extension. Our

extensions are for 3 months only and cost 1% of your loan amount. The extension fee is due at the

time of the extension.

How do I request a payoff for my property?

Once you have your payoff scheduled with a Title Company or bank, go to our website

www.reifundingpartners.com and click on the “Request a Payoff” tab. Fill in the form and we will get a

payoff sent to the Title Company or Bank you have requested. Please note, there is a $25.00 fee

every time a payoff is requested.
