Review your Term Sheet and have a quick call with our experienced Loan Originator to review the loan terms for your deal. Approve your Terms and get your deal moving ahead to closing!
LOAN PROCESSING
Provide some details about your company and your deal. Get your property insurance in place and set your closing date. Our Loan Processor will assist with the steps to get your deal closed quickly!
CLEAR TO CLOSE
When all due diligence is completed, our Loan Processor will let you know if your deal is ready for the closing table! If there are any issues with insurance, title or BPO you will be advised.
CONSTRUCTION DRAW PROCESS
Soon after closing our Draw Manager will reach out and introduce you to our Draw Process. The Draw Manager will be with you throughout your project to ensure that you have the funds you need to get your project done on time!
SELL OR REFINANCE
Congratulations, you’ve reached the finish line! Once your sale or refinance is completed, we will release the mortgage on the property and get you started on the next project!
